Responsibilities
 
.           To keep all records of Annual Maintenance Contracts pertaining to House Keeping (Four Contractors) about 150 employees.
 
.           To make  all necessary arrangements for conferences / meetings.
 
.           To Ensure daily DAK /Courier dispatch to all Co.s Sites and outside Agencies as well.
 
.           To keep all records pertaining to ;
 
A.M.C. of DG Sets (500 KVA (02 Nos.) 160 KVA (01 No.)   Lift Machine     Dish Washing Machine    Fax and Photocopier machines       AC Chiller Plants (03 Nos.) Window, Split, Ductable ACs (total appx. 150+)      Fire Fighting Equipments                Water Purifier Machines (AquaGuards) & many other A.M.Cs.
 
.           To Oversee the HouseKeeping Activities for smooth functioning of Office Complex              (08 Complexes)

v      Time-to-Time meetings with company labour law advisor. Also maintaining the records pertaining to labour law.
 
Procurement and Purchase: 
 
v      Knowledge of All procurement and purchases related to Office Stationeries, House Keeping Related Material, General Administration related Material for the smooth functioning of office complex.
 
v      Keeping records and ledger for all material purchase / received from any outside agencies, its distribution and disposal.
