Hi,


I am staying in Delhi and very fond of Himalayas. I would like to purchase a residential plot so that I can build a small house with backyard garden and spend my after retirement age. I understand Uttaranch Government has come with some ordinance that those staying out of state cannot purchase. Can some one help me about the real picture and process. Please tell me what is u r Budget , How much land u need for your residencial pupose . I am living in NCR.I have a land in Hardwar approx 1000 sq.yard. its very near about SIDCUL (  State industrial  Dev.corpo.Uttaranchal ) & hardely 5 km .far from HAR KI PAURI.
